Welcome Families
Little Ones Childcare welcomes children ages 12 months through kindergarten in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. We are committed to serving families from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, culture, sex, religion, nationality, ancestry, disability, or special needs.
Our program was created to increase access to quality childcare for families who may face financial, educational, or personal challenges, while also providing reliable childcare for families throughout our community. We strive to accommodate every child when we can provide a safe and supportive environment that meets their needs.
Complete Enrollment Forms
Families will complete enrollment paperwork that includes:
- Child and family information
- Emergency contacts and permissions
- Current childcare needs
- Employment or education plans and schedules
- Financial information that may help determine eligibility for assistance programs
Tour & Family Meeting
After receiving your application, the Director of Child Development or a Program Supervisor will contact you to schedule a meeting and tour of the facility.
This visit gives families the opportunity to:
- Explore our classrooms and learning spaces
- Meet members of our team
- Learn about our program philosophy and daily routines
- Ask questions and determine whether Little Ones is the right fit for your child
Enrollment & Attendance
Once enrollment is approved and space is available, your child may begin attending.
Families pursuing employment or educational opportunities may be asked to provide verification within 30 days of enrollment. Our goal is to support families as they work toward stability, and our team is available to help navigate this process.
Tuition & Financial Assistance
At Little Ones Childcare, we believe every child deserves access to quality care regardless of financial circumstances.
Weekly Tuition (note – need to sort out half day, school day, full day, etc)
- First child: $260 per week
- Each additional child: $100 per week
Financial Support
Many families qualify for childcare assistance programs that can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs.
Our team can help families apply for:
- Child Care Works (CCW)
- State childcare subsidies
- Other community assistance programs
In addition, tuition may be adjusted based on household size and income guidelines. We work closely with families to explore available resources and develop a plan that supports both the child's care and the family's goals.
Tuition Payment Information
Tuition is due weekly at the end of each care week.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Money orders
- Certified or Cashier checks
Families experiencing temporary financial hardship are encouraged to speak with our team. We understand that circumstances can change, and we are committed to working alongside families whenever possible.
Attendance & Withdrawal
Because enrollment space is limited, we ask families to provide at least two weeks' written notice if they plan to withdraw from the program.
Regular attendance helps children build relationships, maintain routines, and fully benefit from their childcare experience. If a child is absent for an extended period, families should communicate with the childcare team so we can determine how best to support their enrollment needs.
